Tea Buyer
As a Tea Buyer at Hive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and purchasing premium quality teas from a variety of suppliers. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring our staff experience the best in tea quality and variety.
Role
- Research and stay updated on the tea industry trends and market dynamics.
- Identify potential tea suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to uphold our quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand and manage purchases accordingly.
- Keep track of pricing and purchasing records.
- Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate tea imports.
